Returns & Refunds
Physical Products
- We accept returns within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@houseoflightandabundance.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 Working days of receiving the returned item, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Digital Products & Services
- Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, courses, downloadable content), all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
Events & Coaching Sessions
- Refunds for events, workshops, or coaching sessions are available if canceled 30 days before the scheduled date.
- Cancellations made after this period may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future session at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange it for the same item or offer a store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds
