Sonakshi is a compassionate and intuitive healer and psychologist, deeply committed to guiding individuals toward healing, self-awareness, and inner growth. Her work weaves together psychology, trauma-sensitive facilitation, somatic awareness, breathwork, and sacred practices to support meaningful and lasting transformation.
As a spiritual psychologist, life mastery coach, and Ice Bath Facilitator, Sonakshi has supported individuals in moving through emotional blockages, regulating their nervous systems, and reconnecting with their inner world. Her approach is heart-centered, grounded in safety, and paced to meet each participant where they are.
Her work integrates inner child healing, identity repair, embodiment practices, conscious breathwork, sound healing, expressive arts, intuitive touch, and cold exposure practices where appropriate. Each space she facilitates is designed to help participants build emotional resilience, self-trust, and a deeper connection with themselves.
Sonakshi creates safe, supportive environments where deep inner work can unfold gently and sustainably, allowing participants to integrate healing into their everyday lives rather than keeping it limited to the session space.
A thoughtfully paced journey designed to allow deep integration, reflection, and embodied transformation.
